A great place to visit in spring when the tulips are on display. I visited here with my partner in spring 2015 and the park itself has a great display of different flowers and trees. A great place for a day trip.

Flowers and thousands of lights seem to be an unusual combination offered by this theme park. To get there, take the bus from Nagoya (Meitetsu Station) for a forty-minute-ride. Take note of the schedule, specially the operating hours (9:00 am-9:00 pm). It will be good...More

Absolutely amazing place easy to reach from Nagoya; it is a must if you go to Japan in Winter. The entrance fee can be a little be steep but it is totally worth it.

Took the bus from Nagoya's Meitetsu Station (next to Nana-chan) which was 1780 yen for the round trip on top of the 2300 yen entrance fee. Nice flowers in the park when it's still light out. Used the 1000 yen voucher included for the Begonia...More

It was quite far from the city, and we have to spend quite a lot for bus ticket as well as entrance ticket which we thought was cheaper. We had really tight time there as the last bus was at 9pm and we reached there...More

The lightings were really beautiful and the trip was quite pleasant. It was the only thing i did and the reason why i went to Nagoya, which didn't justify.

I am not sure about Sep but definitely you can't miss the very impressive indoor Begonia Garden which is open all through the year. Check out online for Nagashima Island which consists of Nagashima Spa Land, an amusement... More
