Just completing a wonderful weeks holiday here, location is remote (we knew this and wanted it) but beautiful, right on the sea, huge pool with islands to swim around and seek shade, wonderful animation staff and entertainment, free gym and games room, spa (payable), amazing food and choices, exceptional staff, very clean and well maintained. However, for us in ALL INCLUSIVE, we felt this was a huge inconvenience to the hotel - drinks menu very limited although huge variety if you’re paying, towels had to be paid for (read this on a trip advisor comment so took our own) otherwise 3 euro every time you change the towel, if you want water you get it poured in a plastic cup from a bottle but you can’t have a bottle unless you pay, all drinks (except wine) get given in plastic cups (but if you’re paying you’d get it served in a glass), and the final thing is that EACH person has to go to the bar to get their own drink (this has to be the most ludicrous idea - we went as a family of 6 and each of us has to go to the bar). We’ve done ALL INCLUSIVE for many holidays & locations, and never have we felt like 3rd rated holidaymakers. We should all be treated the same so that we all have a positive customer experience- this we did not get. It’s such a huge shame as this place is amazing and I’d like to recommend to all friends, but if you’re expecting a proper ALL INCLUSIVE with endless drink choices and that special feeling of luxury, you’ll be disappointed. If you know what is being booked then you’ll not be disappointed or book half board/B&B/half board. We don’t feel like we got our money’s worth here which is huge shame ☹️…

As a family we have been in many many hotels in summer holidays , Acacia Resort has been by far our best family summer holidays ever. There are no words to describe the warmth, kindness and professionalism of all staff without exception. The hotel accommodation is beautiful well kept and immaculately clean. The food quality and the diversity of the choice is exceptional. We will be booking to return next year very soon. Thanks a million to everybody in the hotel and special thanks to all the staff of entertainment , they are amazing ! Gracias a Federico muy especialmente por cuidarnos tan bien !…

Enjoyed our weeks holiday here. One week is fine but the hotel is too remote for a longer stay. Having said that the hotel was superb. Staff , food . facilities are first class. Surrounding and pool very good.

We spent a day here as guests of the Masseria del Piano where we were staying so cannot rate all of the facilities. The hotel is very impressive on arrival we walked through the spotless clean reception are out to the gardens and swimming pool. The pool is enormous. We prefer the beach so headed there. The beach beds are white plastic and after a while even with a towel rolled up to sit on they are still very uncomfortable, no way could you lie on your tummy. The beach is very pebbly and painful to walk on, shower shoes would have been great here. There is no beach bar or toilets so you have to walk a fair distance through the gardens to a bar and toilets. I am surprised that there was nothing closer to the beach. All the public areas were very clean considering this is a big hotel with lots of guests it did not feel crowded at all. …
