Not the nicest church, but you can also climb to the top and enjoy a view over Noto. Not so impressive as the one from the monastery though.

The Chiesa di Montevergine is not very large however it is quite lovely. The best part of this church are the awesome views from the church tower. Small church, don’t mean to be rude but there are nicer churches in Sicily. But if you pay €2 each you can climb the windy spiral staircase (if you don’t mind a lot of steps up a windy narrow staircase). Nice view from the top. We only spent a few minutes here.

We wanted to have a moment with the place before it gets busy. It’s is so nice looking at this beauty without any distraction at all. For sure we will be back in May for their special event. More over, it is easy to locate and perfectly situated with a nice view.
