I have over the last five years visited this winery several times with probably more than 25 people and every single person has loved the building and enjoyed the very delicious food in its restaurant. The two people I visited with last week were no exception and it was a highlight of our week's stay in Tuscany

This truly is a unique winery. It is very modern, with touches of historic artifacts. We went on their two hour tour which was very nice. We got to see a short film as well as sample wines in a suspended room over their barrels. would also recommend visiting their rooftop restaurant. To see an up close video, check out my youtube channel, "Not Your Average Abroad" and look out for my video, Epic Trip Through Tuscany. Hope you enjoy your visit!

Good people fancy architecture but not for Jo average black coffee €5! wine tasting starts at €6 per drop This is not Tuscany! cannot park at entrance. very long steep hill to visit. Built in 2012!!Not where it started. Symbolique of our sad times Go visit the other real wine farms where tasting is free and buy their wine. Just as good if not better

This place is unmissable. You must try it and ask for Claudio he is a brilliant host that will take care of all your requests! Oh and ask for the super special wines by the glass if they have them that day.

Between Florence and Siena, this Antinori winery is a seamless marriage of art, environmental consciousness and modern wine production. Built in 2012 and designed by the Premier Florentine Italian Architectural firm Archea Associati, the winery has literally been carved out of the hill where it is surrounded by vineyards. The Antinori family has been in the wine business since the late 14th century and they make good wines at all price levels. Similarly, they offer tours and wine tastings at several price levels. We enjoyed the tour much more than the wine tasting as I was already very familiar with most of their wines readily available all over the United States. As with most wineries, the tour ends at their gift shop. Even if you are not a wine aficionado a tour of the magnificent architecture or a relaxing lunch al fresco lunch in their beautiful and excellent restaurant is worth a visit and highly recommended. We had a very memorable lunch prior to our scheduled tour, make sure to make reservations ahead of time.
