Pray da Rocha is a lovely place, but theres not much for children here. The beach is lovely as stated but its at least 65 steps down to it so its not easy. Probably not good with little ones.

Great location and fantastic beaches. Some lovely restaurants and places to eat. Main Beach gets very busy so would recommend checking out nearer beaches as they are a bit quieter.

We have been coming to this coast for years and never visited her so we had a look. We thought it was rather scruffy, loud and smelly so we won't be returning.

HI there- Going to Praia da Rocha in June. Do you have to rent parasols for the beach or can you buy your own in shops and bring them with you-Any other costs that are pertinent too? Thanks

The boardwalk is quite flat but getting to it may be problematic. I cannot remember if there was an elevator. Sorry!
