Stunning beach!

We drove here from Tamarindo and soooo happy we did! Pristine, empty beach. Even when it got "crowded" it wasn't crowded. Water is warm and sand is soft. :)

This is a surfer's paradise. It's shallow enough that little kids can have fun at the water's edge and be safe. Very hot in the middle of the day. It feels like the whole town stops to come out in the evening for the sunset. It is so beautiful, every time.

The beach is beautiful especially at sun-rise and sunset. Make sure you cover your skin with 50 or even 100 cream on the face as the sun is quite hot! The tide goes very low, and it's nice to walk on the beach then. At some hours it can be really hot. It's also a nice spectacle to watch the... More

Not much parking but easy walk from the Main Street. Waves are manageable and a sandy bottom for beginners and swimmers. No crowd. No amenities, but lots of room to relax and enjoy.

Clean, sandy and waves would be the three words to describe this breathtaking beach. It is a fantastic surfing beach and we all really enjoyed swimming in the warm water.

One of the best beaches I've ever visited as a result of the great surf and uncrowded beaches. Paradise on earth for a surfer.

Amazing early in the morning for surf and at sunset! No trees to give you shelter from the sun, so make sure you have the sunscreen, the hats, the long sleeves and umbrella. But amzing place!

Your own paradise. There are people, but no one running overtop of you. Beautiful white sand, warm water. Not really rough for pacific waters. You can see paddle boards and surfing. I loved looking the water and shells.

First let me tell you the basics of my trip-In the second week of March, I flew into Liberia, took a shuttle to Nosara, and stayed with a friend in her house on the hill overlooking the Pacific Ocean. I wanted to give travelers some tips on Costa Rica in general, and Nosara specifically. I'll also review some establishments by... More
