This is an excellent long clean beach that has a dog free area and is safe for swimming.There is also a surfing school here and cafe and toilets.

All round great stretch of sand, Great for surf, splash and castle making :) Longsand is dog free at times of the year to allow younger children freedom.

This is a lovely beach, unspoilt, long and sandy with areas to swim (if you are mad, it's freezing!), surf and dogs to play etc. Wonderful sweeping views from either end, easy access, parking and close to lots of fine eating and drinking.

summer restrictions in place , one end is for dogs , not sure how this is policed though
