We finished off a tour at Aberlour and followed the path left from the little burn next to the distillery. After a 15 minute walk you'll see the falls, from there you can climb up to the falss if you like to. We just enjoyed the falss from a certain point and when it has rained a lot, the falls... More

If you are visiting Aberlour, make sure to take this lovely walking path to the falls. It is a nicely maintained path with only slight slopes and many excellent photo opportunities! The trail leads all around the village, but do not believe the locals who tell you it takes "about an hour", as there are so many photo opportunities and... More

Just a short hike parallel to the Aberlour Distillery, you ascend to The Linn Falls. The easy hike takes you up to a true gem of the city. We first learned of this Falls through a commercial using a song of the artist, Passenger. Upon googling the music in the ad, we discovered the images of the falls. This became... More

This is the perfect walk for young children or slightly older relatives. I managed this at 37 weeks pregnant in just over an hour from the carpark to the waterfall and back (a snails pace!). It takes you along the back of Aberlour distillery which is quite interesting. the falls are pretty and I noticed there is a fire pit... More

We took a little walk there just to see the place people been writing about and the Linn falls (well in fact mostly the way to get there) was very beautiful. They have a large kind of tree, Scottish pine i think(?) if you haven't seen one before you will do that now, they're amazingly big and cool (for a... More

The walk to the Linn Falls is well signposted and begins right next to Aberlour Distillery. A short circular walk, easy for families takes you quickly to the falls. The falls themselves are fairly small but ok for a few photographs. Trail leads you back onto Aberlour high street where you can grab a drink or bite to eat.

Found this place on TripAdvisor, seemed like we walked for miles to find the waterfall, but it was worth it. Its a beautiful & peaceful place. Very pretty & if you like waterfalls its definitely a must see if you are near by.
