I went here by myself and was lone during the day visiting this wonderful place. I found it very haunting and quite sad reading about it all. Both memorials were wonderful and the inscriptions were very thought provoking to read.

Lovely park in good ;location but rundown. No cascades in this place now. No views of river neither. It has seen better days. The signage needs updating due to age and vandals

Often walk my daughters dog here- he loves the lakes for frolicking in and has made a lot of doggie mates too over last year. Nice show gardens areas too- walking around ornamental ponds and there is a nice coffee shop too. Never too busy!
