We have been to similar shows before, so had an idea what to expect. The food was decent, but drink service a little slow. The riding was very very good, but the storyline left something to be desired. A rather expensive evening out.

Anzac Day seemed a fitting time to go and experience the Outback Spectacular’s current show ‘Salute to the Light Horse’. And what an experience it was. Just wonderful. Totally entertaining with incredible horsemanship, music, funny skits and just fabulous horses. The show was very stirring and in parts, quite moving. Just a wonderful example of the real and true Australia,... More

To start with the cost is pricy considering several hundred are at each show its very noisy and starts off slow but gets better if you like horses its a must god trick riding story telling is a bit boring if you already know them food was fair.

My second time here and once again i wasn't disappointed. We saw the Spirit of the Light Horse show, just in time for Anzac Day. The food was amazing for the number of people that they cater for and all steaks cooked just perfectly. The drinks were also well supplied. The show was similar in some places to the show... More

I went there on Tuesday 11 April 2017 and loved it! I got to buy a Clydesdale horse worth $40 for flying home on Wednesday 12 April 2017!

I honestly loved this, From the entrance to the finale. The Rancher hats are crack up and the service is spectacular. I have no idea how they so efficiently serve so many people in such a tight time frame. Honestly impeccable and well worth the money

This was our second visit to the Outback Spectacular and once again we weren't disappointed. The show provides a good insight into the high country and paid tribute to the Anzacs which was really beautiful. I did wonder how well non English speaking visitors understood what was happening. The meal was the same as last time, steak & veg and... More

The Outback Spectacular "Salute to the Light Horse - High Country Special" was a fantastic family night out, we had 6 adults & 4 children aged 4 to 9yrs and they were all mesmerised with the show. It was very moving the way they told the story as well as the addition of good humour. My son-in-law was picked to... More

We visited here with my husband and 2 children aged 8 and 6 in April. We were pleasantly surprised at how well organised this place is. The food is very good for "on mass", although my kids didn't touch their meals. There should probably be a more kid friendly option for the kids meals (they are the same as the... More
