Sea World at Gold Coast is a marine mammal park, oceanarium, and a theme park - all in one place. It has several exciting rides, animal exhibits and other attractions. They also promote conservation of nature and wildlife through education. They also are involved in...More

Although lacking on rides for the teen/adult generations, this place is my favourite out of all the theme parks. I love the animals, the shows, the service, the facilities. Food is expensive, definitely pack lunch if possible. Awesome shops and best souvenirs of all theme...More

Went to Sea World just to do the Penguin Antarctica Adventure. It has been one of the best experiences I have had. You do need to buy entry to the park before you can do any number of the Animal Adventures which there is a...More

This is my second visit here but first review. The resort is amazing and well looked after. My only disappointment is the lenght of the live shows. Both the dolphin and seal show only lasted about 15 minutes. I suppose it may be unfair to...More

It's hard to compare this theme park to any of the others on the Gold Coast - So I'd say don't. But if you were to think of it as an aquarium visit instead of a ride park - then it beats any aquarium hands...More

We visited Seaworld and Movieworld with 2 young kids, and we found Seaworld had the best rides and attractions for them. They both loved the underwater viewing of sharks etc, plus the (newish?) Nickelodeon land was awesome for the young ones! There are a few...More

Undeterred by the rain, we spent 3/4 of the day in Sea World. In summary, it was still enjoyable for the family even though several of the rides were closed due to the rain. Our favourite was watching the penguins in their habitat as well...More

What an awesome day. Don't discount going to the theme parks when the weather isn't sunny. Having a 2yo limits the fast paced rides so when thy shut them due to the weather it's no biggy for us. There's less people there so the hustle...More

Drinks - Sea World, MovieWorld, Wet N Wild We bought a refillable drink at Movie world, I was wondering (if like Dreamworld & White Water World) if we can take the empty cup and pay the reduced price for refills. dream world do this for around $7 for any days after your initial purchase.

Yes you can do this with Wet n Wild - Movie World and Sea World. I'm not sure if Dreamworld reciprocates this.
