I cycled this track and it felt rather isolated but at the end you wind up at The Spit and everything is alright.

beautiful walk either on the walk way or beach lots of different birds and if you take the full walk you end up at the spit and light house.

Wife and I dedided to go for a walk and did this as well as along main beach. Mostly flat and hard to get lost ! Fantastic. Mind you it did help that is was a windless cloudless 23deg day.....

lots of people use this facxility a great place to catcha breeze ave a snooze or just lye around grab a byte to eat yake the kids or yor dogs

Walk, run or bike this coastal reserve at your own leisure. Great early morning and busiest on weekends.

I think they have to be on a lead but on the beach we let ours run. You have to be away from the flags. Lovely beach to walk on
