Great hike, good mix of easy and challenging. Definitely add the 2km side trip to the pools, when we went we had the whole place to ourselves which was magical. Will definitely come back in the summer for swimming. When we went the full circuit...More

A must stop when exploring Springbrook. It's a short walk from the carpark to the lookout. If you are feeling energetic you can take the walk down to the bottom of the waterfall.

It's a few hundred metres from the car park. Offers two lookouts. We couldn't take our stroller down as there are some stairs halfway down the path.

We had a full day seeing attractions around Springbrook so we didn't do any hiking, just the little loop walk to the lookout. It's worth a stop along your way if you're in the area, you can get some pretty nice photos from the lookout.

First of all, this is a great way to spend the day. The walk around the waterfall was a good balance, we started by tackling the 300m circuit first, which then led to the long walk down the hill and then up again. We didn't...More

Top notch view of the falls from the viewing areas. Not far in (we carried a toddler in our hands). Options to do a wider walk, however a section was closed off when we were there.

These are quite good after a wet season. If you don't want to do the walking circuit,or you are not fit enough there is quite a good view from Canyon lookout. You can also see the twin waterfalls from here. Not spectactular but nice as...More

A great walk with a number of choices – you can just look at the view at the top of the falls or take the 4km hike to the base of the falls which is highly recommended. The walk is steep in places but on...More

A pleasant walk (not the full circuit as weather damage has some parts closed), that is not too taxing but is highly rewarded with a gorgeous waterfall at the bottom!! A beautiful part of the world!!

But at least 1km is a vertical drop which means 1km climb up again. Circuit route was closed so many steps to be re trod: waterfall very impressive: wear decent footwear: i saw walkers in flip flops not a clever move.

Hi Lansom, To be honest, the walk isn't too arduous. In fact, we first took our kids there when they were about that age. That said, we had two adults looking after two kids. Patience is key and long as you don't rush it... More
