As we were staying in a near by village we decided to go see what all the fuss was about. It is a small 'boutique' as previously written and all other reviews are spot on. The other thing to add is that you can't actually see the brewing in progress (or at least that's what we were told) but you... More

We spent a delightful hour or so at this unique little boutique distillery 8 kilometres out of Aix. We saw how the different types of absinthe are made, using different plants and spices, the different method (pressure) for making the La Blanche absinthe and had a tasting at the end, as well as being shown how to mix the drink...... More

We phoned in advance in order to ensure that Pascal Rolland, one of the owners and founders of Liquoristerie de Provence would be available since I knew he spoke excellent English. Pascal greeted us warmly in their wonderful store, which is attached to the factory where much of the blending takes place. Pascal began with a short video for us... More
