It's one of those usual ancestral house you could find in the Philippines. If you're a fan of the Macapagal's, this is a must see. Well, be prepared to see the young Gloria Arroyo's portrait.

This is one of the tourist attractions in Iligan where you don't have to spend much. It has no entrance fees or whatsoever and you got to see a piece of history about our late president Diosdado Macapagal and a glimpse of the childhood of our lady president Gloria Macapagal-Arroyo. You will be surprised with one of the portraits there.... More

This is the heritage house of Macaraeg-Macapagal. The former president Gloria Macapagal Arroyo's family. They donated this to the government and now, tourism is handling the house. The house itself is old but well-maintained. You can even ask permission to hold a photo shoot here. They also have a function hall. The house is right beside the Timoga Cold Springs... More

Once a home of 2 former Philippine presidents and now a venue to host parties and weddings. Come and visit the place to see memorabilia.

This is a few minutes from Ma. Cristina Falls (about 3 hours from laguindingan airport). You need a private van to get here. you can also drop by iligan centro to buy peanuts. You can see here the play house of former philippine president gloria arroyo and their ancestral house in general and that's it. If you are an arroyo... More

The house was well maintained being small house. The living was simple based from the outlook of the house, the garden was simple with playhouse of Gloria, the doll was mentioned to be her actual doll during her younger years , I cannot confirm this. We check in there April 23-24,2013

Visit the place if you want to learn more about Gloria Macapal-Aroyos life -- or better yet lean more about Diosdado Macapagal. It was part of our tour so --- we really have to see this place. Nothing spectacular -- but as Ive said if you are interested about Philippine History , you take time in viewing the place.
