On the eastern side of the Etna volcano, in the woods of the National Park...

On the eastern side of the Etna volcano, in the woods of the National Park and facing the sea of Taormina, the Gambino vineyards are a pleasure for your senses and for your heart. A Pleasure for your sight, because they represent one of the best models of Etna vineyards of high altitude: in an exclusive natural environment, at 800 meters above sea level, the vineyards lay on sunny and airy terracing that have a breathtaking panorama.

A pleasure for your sense of smell, for the unmistakable perfumes of the volcano vegetation. A pleasure for your heart, because the vineyards and wine are great passion that, for over twenty years, involves and guides the Raciti Gambino family.

Wife and I visited here in march. Drove in our hire car and had an interesting experience with a herd of sheep. Arrived and were greeted by our host with a glass of wine each. We knew straight away we were in for a treat! We were taken on a wine journey at our table on the hill overlooking the... More

The wine tasting here is delicious and the serving size is even better. The food/wine pairing includes a cheese/mushroom/olive plate followed by a serving of locally made sausages. Unlike just about every winery I've been to, they leave the bottle with you after they've let you taste it. To top it off? The best cannoli ever.

An important part of this trip was wine tasting. We certainly feel like we hit the jackpot at Gambino. As we were approaching (April 2, 2017) it started to rain, then hail. By the time we got up the hill to the winery, the ground looked like it was covered with snow. We followed GPS then the signs get you... More

For just 28eur we were given excellent wines and a great selection of cheeses and cold cuts ... The friendly staff patiently explained each wine and made sure our experience was an excellent one by offering us more food and wine. To top it all off, the winery has a great atmosphere and amazing views!!

Our first time at wine tasting and we loved it thanks to Gambino Vini. We arrived an hour late and were still given a very friendly welcome. We were given a table with a wonderful view of the vineyards and sea. For a fixed price, got a combination of antipasto (cheese, olives, mushrooms, sundried tomatoes etc.), cold cuts, lentils, a... If you are thinking of visiting a lot of wineries, just limit yourself to the Gambino Winery. You will enjoy being hosted in a wonderful tasting room with a great view of vineyards and the sea. For a fixed price, you will be served a combination antipasto (enough for lunch) consisting of several types of cheeses, roasted peppers, olives, etc.... More

My fiancee and I visited Gambino in December 2016 and were impressed with the wines, food, and service. It was easy to make a reservation via e-mail and the staff replied very quickly and were accommodating to our date/time preference (not a given since a lot of wineries were closed over the holidays). When arriving we were greeted by one... More
