A warmuseum about the battle of El alamein. Things to see both inside and outside where they keep for ex spitfire aircrafts etc. About an hour or two is enough to spend here.

The Museum is well organized and feels amazing. Staff are friendly and helpful. Considered close to Alexandria city.

Liked the stories told from different perspectives but it felt disjointed and repetitive at times as the chronology would restart in each of the Nation Rooms (Egyptian perspective, British perspective, German... etc.). Lots of war realia to see.

What a hot and sandy place. I was on montgomery's Guard of Honour when the war graves were officially opened. The weather was scorching hot. So if you visit take lots of water with you

Sorry, you do indeed know more than me, when we went there we spent most of the time in the actual muesum as it was extremely hot, I cannot think how you could find this information out though maybe try emailing the actual... More
