The main attraction of this museum are the hand written manuscripts of Arthur Rimbaud. It is easy to find the museum if one just walks straight on from Place Ducale towards the Muse. Actually 2 museums, connected with a row of chairs on the pavement. Not the typical kind of stuff you might expect from a museum, certainly not in the house across the street. Rather a daring approach to a young genius in the form of a video installation that highlights the travels and life of a wanderer and a restless soul.

Composed of 2 sites, facing each other, one is the form Mill on the river, the other is a house in which the family Rimbaud lived. There are not a lot of direct Rimbaud artifacts, but the installations are thoughtfully done, and it is moving to spend time in the same places which Rimbaud once saw/lived in.
