Can't add anymore to previous reviews but would suggest early(ish) start and on completion a cold beer and fried garlic chicken for lunch at the restaurant right by the entrance....sorted!

First off go early - we went at midday and it was boiling hot. Secondly each of you will need at least one litre of water. Would recommend renting walking poles. It's uphill for first 1.5 hrs and then down hill for second 1.5 hrs....More

veru beautiful natural place with natural mini waterfalls, it is not for everyone as it involve a few risky gaps. but a nice place to go with adult frinds and enjoy nature in peace

Hi, you can do this on your own once you have had the quick safety brief. Try and do it early as it will be cooler and not so busy. Reasonable footwear a must.
