Mykonos is easily recognisable by its windmills, their on every piece of tourist's piece of memorabilia, from fridge magnets to dish cloths, its not surprising it was always my memory of Mykonos.

Yes, old town is charming. But most cruises or ferries land in new port. It’s a 5-10min bus ride
