So close to Brisbane and so beautiful. Camping or luxury accommodation - resort stay or go-it-alone. Amazing sea-life in calm, clear waters. Stunning sunsets.

Lots to see and do whether camping or staying at the resort. Tangalooma watersports and diving based here have lots of fun activities to keep entertained as well.

The staff were extremely friendly and informative and it is done at sunset which is perfect!! The sunset was amazing and the water was so clear to see the fish and coral over the edge of the boat.

The ferry fare with a car is not cheap, but the destination is out of this world. The camp sites are all very different and are in a neat and tidy state. There are wonderful beaches and walks.

Sandboarding is not allowed on some parts There are two lagoons.. one up past bulwer and one right down south near kooringal( beware you cant fish in the southern one as is protected..you need to go to the website to see... More
