Amazing experience up at the Montaigne. We came here mid October and weather was fantastic and not too many people around. Loved it !!!!

Having driven up the hill along with many others - we were barred entry as too many other people were already there. We thought September would be quieter. So have still only seen photos!

Hello Natasha! I don’t know about the shuttle times because I went up to the Lakes on my bike, but I highly recommend you stay at the Parador in Cangas de Onis, It’s beautiful place.

Park your car as close to the Basilica & Cave as possible & catch the bus from there, (4-5 parking areas where they also sell your ticket to the bus), quite convinient.

There are buses from the bus station in Cangas every 20 mins. No need to book
