This trip was brilliant. We went Scuba Diving, Snorkling and Speed Boats. The staff were great and very helpful. My 10yo had never snorkled in the sea before and the member of the Spalsh Team took him under his wings. Worth the trip. We all...More

The beach here is beautiful. The water is very clear and the rocky areas are buoyed off so you don't have to worry about hurting yourself. The only downside is that the beach is mostly calm, but in the afternoon it suddenly gets very rough....More

The beach is absolutely gorgeous, very clean, crystal clear blue water and has more than enough beach chairs and loungers. The only draw back is that there are a lot of rocks in the water.

Nice blue water, white sand.... but not that clean. A lot of dirt from the locals, pets, .... The beaches at the hotels are excellent but not the public beach. So stay at the hotel for a beach holiday.

Exactly where were you for "great snorkeling". Our impression wasn't that good. Not much in the way of colorful fish or intact live corral.

My best and incredible experience in snorkel was in Bonaire. In Punta Cana all the Coral Reef are "make by hands" are not natural.

Are there lockers or other alternatives to store a few belongings if we go snorkeling in Bayahibe on our own? We are staying at an A1 in LaRomans. We will be happy to pay, but don't need an A1 day pass in Bayahibe. Thank you
