I've heard about this beach from the people i know and i've seen loads of posts online that this beach (basdaku) is a beautiful white sand beach that Cebu can offer to tourists. But as what i've seen, it is really beautiful (minus all the crowds and the commercial establishments). It was a traumatising experience seeing a white sandy beach... More

Went there on a Sunday. Kids loved the sandy beach. Lots of people and quite crowded but still we had a great time. We rented a covered area with table for our things for only P300.

The sand is white and water is so clear that everyone would love to swim. It is ideal for family or group of friends that is on budget. You can bring along with your tent to avoid cottage cost.It is a perfect place to stay overnight with a minimal cost

While in Cebu, we asked to be taken to this place for a half a day tour since it was just 30 min from the resort we were staying. This could have been one great destination for beach lovers. Fine white sands abound, more than ample stretch of shore and calm and clear waters. But, the over all place needed... More

This is not my first time. I've been here at least 3 times and it's always been consistently littered with trash. I've been here on a February, May, and June. That means I've bee here during off peak and peak season. If littering remains a problem throughout the year, are the tourists mainly to blame? Maybe not... What is up... More

A little bit overcrowded during holidays or the weekend, but it is cool to see the locals having fun. At first look it feels a bit dirty, but walk along to the right and youll find some nice spots. We had to pay 10 peso each to get to the beach. But still, there are far better beaches on Cebu.

Enjoyable afternoon here. It's not all white sand but also crushed up seashells and coral. Can get a bit crowded and while I was sunbathing the ice cream guy kept ringing his bell trying to sell ice cream, beer, water, balut, boat rental! That got a bit annoying but they kinda stay away after a couple times being told 'no'.... More
