A very insta-worthy place with buildings of European design, mixed with shops and higher end restaurants. The place is basically covered from rain and sun, but choices of shops and restaurants are somewhat limited. Place is only mostly for taking pictures.

On a Sunday afternoon when most shops and cafes appeared shut and the only places open were casinos, I wandered around the Fisherman's wharf area in Outer Harbour. It was slightly disconcerting. Most restaurants seemed shut. Most shops appeared shut or empty. One ice cream...More

Besides having a replica of the ruins of Rome and the Greek amphitheater and also a couple of F&B outlets, this place is very run down, not well-maintained and not worth a visit. Many shops are closed and the number of tourists to this location...More
