The day we were there it truly was a ghost town as this is not open every day because it really is not on the beaten track. The nearest paved highway is 5km away but don't let that be a deterrent. It is worth seeing....More

You can just wander around on your own to grain elevators, train station,church, undertakers,etc. You cant go into these buildings but so neat to walk around. No charge although donation box there to help with upkeep. Flush toilets and picnic area provided. About 25 mins....More

Very cool! Well worth the drive from Calgary. It's free and hardly anyone was there. Also camping is free with a donation.

This town is exceptionally preserved by locals from the area. A worth while stop not too far from Drumheller and the dinosaur museum.
