It's a shame it takes so long to get to up the twisting dangerously narrow road without many passing points. The falls are nice and I'm sure in a few months time there will be more water flow and the area will be warmer.
Very poorly marked Trail. Could not walk it fromNanteigas because tourist office closed and no one knew how to walk it and glad we did not because there was no water present at waterfall. Not worth the harrowing drive this time of year either.
We visited this place several times during our vacation in Portugal.

Nice waterfalls with luxurious vegetation and trees around. We are surrounded by nature and the highlight is an area were we access through a path-stairwell encastrated in the rock. It is dangerous.to walk with small kids and physically disabled persons.
