A small little place where you will only spend about 10-15 minutes. Entrance fee is a donation amount of your choice. Was great for the kids to be able to see the turtles up close but would have appreciated some information about the resident turtles...More

Small smelly pools for the turtles, we felt uncomfortable there and only stayed around 15 minutes. Coming from NZ we are used to seeing captive animals in better conditions.

The staffs were friendly and they have huge knowledge on turtle. Very interesting place. A lot of things regarding turtle you can learn here. Very good for children's education.

This is just next to Club Med Cherating and it’s free entrance. There’s two sections: one explaining all about turtles with some fossils, preserved turtles and bones. The other section is the life turtles placed in small tiled pools which looks pitiful as they should...More

We just visit around 5min only, just one around, not much turtle to see. And the staff look not welcome customers, bad service. Haven't go in visit, rude to ask donation.

We visited the turtle sanctuary during our stay at clubmed cherating. The visit was enriching and educational. Great effort by the staff and management to help these endangered amphibians.

Contains many informative displays of turtle species and habitats throughout Malaysia, also those of dugongs, whale sharks and other sea creatures. It appears that Breeding of baby turtles is one of its important Mission, from the sizeable number seen.

Good for kids. We spent 30 min and covered most of it. It doesn't charge for entry just donations to save the turtles. The baby turtles are the highlights. Not much action at the hatchery. I recommend this if you have school going kids for...More
