Not the most extensive range of runs to choose from but a fun day out of skiing. There is only one chair lift the rest are pomas or T-bars so the runs aren't that long. I wouldn't go out of my way to go here...More

Having previously attempted skiing in Italy and not enjoying it, I gave it another go here in Saariselka. The tuition from the ski school was excellent and people could progress at their own rate by swapping between different ability groups as appropriate. A small, easy...More

A small area - only one slow lift that is really slow. Good snow and so quiet. A perfect place for beginners or learners.

The Ski Resort of Saariselka is much smaller than all ski resorts in Austria or Switzerland. It has only a few ski lifts and slopes and these are not very long but what do/will you expect in Finland?! The hills are not so high that...More

Hi - they should be open then - perhaps email the resort to double check?
