I (we) really enjoyed this museum/palace. It was a bit of a surprise we weren't expecting which probably made it all the better. At Rs 600 for foreigners it's not cheap but is very stimulating. I would say fit it in before you leave Gwalior.

Palace is worth seeing. Musuem is depicting a lot of things about Scindias. Approach road is not good. Museum is well maintained. Must visit place in Gwalior.

The Royal Scindia family has a lot of stuff to show and make your eyes wide open. Must visit the evening lighting event that is well planned once a week.

Nice museum...well maintained. Worth a visit if u r in Gwalior. I have been there many times. Last time some renovation was going on. Best part is the party hall at the end with a huge Chandelier, gold polish furniture n beautiful paintings

Fees 120 plus 100 for camera. They have 40 points to visit (display rooms) Nicely displayed the history of scindia dynasty. A must visit place in gwalior. Long walk needed.
