Return visit to this spa
Dec 2019 • Friends
This is my second visit to the spa. We discovered it is more expensive to visit at weekends and a lot more busy. If you can visit in the week it is quieter and quite a lot cheaper. But this is worth visiting even if you pay a little more.

Pricey but clean & relaxing
Sep 2019 • Couples
Cost $39e each on a Saturday to use the spa/pools. Just bring your bathing suit - they provide a towel, robe, swim cap and sandals. You leave your belongings in the changing room lockers (bring your personal items you want to use at the pools and put it in the tote bag they provide as you cannot bring your own bags). Two pools - a thermal warm pool and a clear water cool pool - plus a grass area to lay in the sun - and downstairs is a sauna. That’s about it. It was full but not crowded on a weekend, as it’s off season (September). Facilities were clean and the vibe mature, relaxing and quiet. Glad there were no kids when we were here. You can go next door to eat lunch or have a drink at their restaurant (you wear your robe over your suit d charge to your locker key number). Not disappointed, but it was small, quaint and more expensive than the other reviews we read. I’m happy we went (was recommended by locals) as a mid day stop during our tour of the valley. PS - prebook if you want a massage (starting at $60e) as it was a 4-5 hr wait when we arrived and had to skip it.

So relaxing
May 2019 • Couples
Came here as part of our Tour of Tuscany with Euro Travel Coach (eurotravelcoach .com). Going to the spa was a perfect way to spend our first day in Tuscany. I’ve never been able to get my husband to go to a spa, so I was excited he wanted to partake in this! The baths were amazing and so relaxing. And my husband even enjoyed it! A wonderful experience.

Wonderful spa in a historic hotel
Nov 2018 • Couples
What a wonderful spa. We stayed at this hotel and spent time in the spa. I loved their natural hot springs pool especially. So serene. And right next to the hot springs pool there is a "normal" pool, which is a little bit cooler but still very lovely and warm. At the spa my husband had massage, and I had a prenatal massage (4 months pregnant!). Everything was wonderful. We loved every minute and really got to relax and recharge. Highly recommend! Really friendly staff as well.

A little pricey but a great way to spend 3-4 hours
Jun 2018 • Couples
The whole family (wife and I, both daughters and their husbands) visited this spa on a Tuesday afternoon. We had made a reservation for 4PM and set up hour massages for all of us (3-4PM; 4-6PM; 6-7 PM). Basically the spa consists of two pools, one relatively hot, the other cooler, as well as a "steam" room/bath. Towels, hairnets and flip-flops are provided as is tea and water (bring you own bathing suit). Although the pools themselves are under a roof, the lounge chairs are in a nice garden. We had a great time lounging and reading, then relaxing in the pools--waiting for our massages to start. There were two masseuse's and 6 of us--so every hour two of us disappeared for a massage. After 3 hours of relation we were hungry, and the small town of Bagno Vignoni had several very good restaurants within an easy walk of the spa. We chose the Michelin rated Osteria del Leone and were not disappointed. It was a great way to spend and afternoon and evening---there were zero complaints. Bagno Vignoni is a very pretty small village with a long history--and visiting the old Roman spa ruins was a bonus. Check out their website for pricing, which varies depending on the season.

A nice way to relax
May 2018 • Friends
A nice way to take a break from travelling. Small but elegant. The hot tub in the sauna was very interesting. The two main tubs were wonderful.

They told us we could go into the bar in our robes to get a beverage. We did, but it did feel a bit odd. Luckily, the weather was nice so we could take them into the garden. They could probably figure out a better way to provide drink service.

They let it get to crowded
Mar 2018 • Friends
The facilities are really very nice .The hot salt pool was excellent and the water massage in the pool was great. The water in the hydro therapy pool was not warm enough for my taste nor the force of the bubble stream .the steam room was excellent and the hot bath in the middle a nice addition
The only problem was to many people my dry gown and towel vanished the first time I put them down and was left with a rather wet set .one of the 3 rest areas had a do not enter sign on the door and the other was full to capacity .At the end the changing room was so full we had to wait another 5 minutes or so to have room to get dressed and to my surprise soap and shampoo were not supplied.Overall I would recommend this place only not on busy days

Terme visit only
We visited the Terme only and did not stay at the hotel.
The Terme is very good, good value at €29 during the week. A roman steam room with thermal spring water, a thermal pool and a fresh water pool.
A great way to calm down our busy agenda through Tuscany.
Very friendly staff too.
Recommended.

This was a very pleasant experience. They provide robes slippers towels etc, well organized, only need to bring bathing suit.
Had hot sauna bath, thermal spring and cooler pool. The surprise was the massage the best ever by Natascia!
Amazing! Will return

Nice spa place
Jul 2016 • Family
My daughter and I went for a massage and a spa treatment.
The spa works professional and we were given a bag with rope, towel, cap (that made us look really fancy🙄), flip-flops (which we could keep afterwards)
Then we were personally explained how the house worked and how to work our way around. The spa is not big, but there are are nice chairs in the garden and different pools with mineral water from the area. Roman sauna also.
There are many different massages to chose from and we had a really nice one 75 min for 105 €. Book in advance, all the different ones are available to book online, but we couldn't make it work online, so we went there personally a few days before.
