There is a tendency for art museum to run from one exhibition the the next. Due to cicumstances Beelden aan Zee shows a selection from its own collection of sculptures, inbetween other exhibitions. That is a nice formula where the museum's rich collection gets the...More

The museum Sculptures near the sea is a very good sculpture museum. It has changing exhibits as wel a permanent collection on show. It offers a variety of styles. There is an inside as well as outside exhibition. Well worth a visit!

I would say that this museum, easily to reach by public transport, is a must. Well designed, in the dunes of Scheveningen, it is a real gem with their own collection and their fine exhibits of modern art, time and again.

Lovely place where you sometimes have to wonder what is and is't part of the exposition. Do not miss the permanent collection and the carvings. And do not miss the sculptures outside the museum, they continue on and next to the boulevard.

Close to the beach at Scheveningen is this attractive museum of modern sculpture with permanent exhibits both inside and outside the museum. There is currently a very interesting exhbition by Chinese Zhang Dali taking place.

The pieces outside the museum are , in my opinion more fun and interesting than the permanent exhibit inside, however the exhibits inside are really good.

Lot of funny statues, but sometimes with a grimm back ground. Just go there and see it, laugh and discuss the different genres, but let surprize yiu aswell.
