As first time snorkelers, this tour was just what we needed to get us acclimated to swimming with sealife. We were picked up in a jeep at the hotel reception and taken to the lagoonarium "Office." (no building, just a shaded bench waiting area). We got on the boat and snorkel equipment was provided. There was only us and one... More

Our favorite spot while staying at the St Regis. Snorkeling was amazing and the equipment is provided by the main pool. You can buy fish food at the gift shop and have an amazing adventure without leaving the resort. The girl that takes care of the marine life there gives a lesson there about the fish. There is a huge... More

For anyone who is afraid to interact with animals of the sea, the Lagoonarium is an excellent starting place. I highly recommend visiting!

The two men who ran this large group trip size day were energetic and well meaning, for sure trying to give their guests a good day. For that reason it is painful for me to be at all critical, but my husband and I were disappointed and upset by the lagoonarium. We left mid day (full day trip) when there... More

The good first: The tour guides we had were very nice and serenaded us with their singing and ukulele on the boat. The tour guides are the ONLY reason I am giving this a 3 star, because they were really passionate about making sure the guests were comfortable and they did everything they could to entertain us. Cons: There are... More

The whole half day trip from start to finish was fantastic. Snorkelling on the Reefs and ending with swimming with these amazing creatures in the enclosure at the Lagoonarium. Max our guide was brilliant.

Had a reservation for them to pick us up for a tour and they didn't show. Ruined one pre-planned day on our trip. Wouldn't use them.

This was a fun afternoon, swimming with the sharks and rays, which was weird but i felt totally safe there. It was very low key and enjoyable. . Very pretty location. They had a little show, which was fun, and it was an enjoyable and relaxing experience. I recommend booking directly with them, it was a lot cheaper.

I went here a few years back and was disappointed that a big part of it was the Tahitian equivalent of an petting aquarium. The kind of thing where they pick up the turtle or little shark in a contained area to pose with tourists. Knowing how this really stresses out an animal, I detest this kind of thing (I... More

This is the closer thing to diving. You can swim and snorkel with big sharks and stingrays and even touch the stingrays. It felt very safe. Definitely worth doing if you are in the area and don't get the opportunity to dive..
