Hopefully this is it. As another reviewer points out it is not well marked on any maps. However the "100" kind of gives it away.

Highlight of the 58 Sculptures Dotting Lake Toya

There is no mapcode for this location. However the Toyako Town map will give you an indication where it is. Its close to the docking station for the Lake Toya cruise ship. Close by is the G8 Summit spot. Highly recommended to take a photo momento. There are many other sculptures, but this is the highlight. If you are willing to walk or cycle, it would be quite an adventure locating the rest of the sculptures.
