The centre is located Courseulles where some of the tools came ashore on Juno beach. The centre is a beautiful design and well laid out inside and portrays Canada's involvement in the taking back of Europe from the NAZI's and our first heroic day on...More

I enjoyed my visit with a fine introduction video, available in English, and a fascinating glimpse of pre-was Canada as well as information on the Canadian landings on Juno Beach.

Arrived early for a guided tour of the beach and we were glad we did. Walked through the German bunkers with interpretation about logistics, sabotage by the French Resistance (La Resistance), and walked the beach where so many Canadians fought and died. The tour ends...More

The centre gives a lot of interesting information about Canadian participation in the war at this particular beach. It is well worth a visit and give yourself plenty of time to walk both ways on the beach to see all the statues and memorials.
