It's a nice trip from Dombås. From the train, you can see beautiful waterfalls. The nature is amazing too. Plz, take your camera with you. You won't regret. The guideing on the train is on Norwegian and English, so they got you covered.

I travelled to Andalsnes on the cruise ship Astoria, the train ride was spectacular, with much snow on higher ground, we went as far as Bjorli, a 45 minute journey, we returned to Andalsnes by coach. Highly recommended.

The most beautiful train journey Norway got to offer. The nature is so powerful and cool. If not with train , rent a car - this part of Norway is extraordinary!

It can be smart to by the ticket asap. Go to Nsb.no , if you are lucky you can get it super cheep (in Norway the ticket get more and more expensive the closer the traveling day you get and often they get sold out.
