It says something that there's a special printed brochure promoting this hike. It is also telling that there's a special coach service taking you to the start of the trail. But of course, you will have to do the hiking yourself. Plan for a long...More

This hike is absolutely amazing. It is physically demanding, technically challenging and has world class views. You start the hike by taking the bus which charges $18 for the 20 minute ride. The day we went there were over 100 people waiting for the bus...More

Firstly, this hike is amazing, so if you are considering whether or not to do if you have the chance, take it. Take the bus nice from just outside the train station in Åndalsnes then begin your hike with some uphill walking. On a hot...More

Pictures and words just don’t give this hiking experience justice. I would say hiking the Romsdalseggen is a world class hike. You have the views with narrow valleys on one side and a fjord on the other. Plus you have the mountains which appear as...More

Since I live in Norway the Romsadalseggen is my nearest trail with some more activities. If it would be such difficult or dangerous the Norwegian govnerment would not allowed everybody to walk this trail. Of course you need some experience ,god footwear ,raindress ,food and...More

The best hike we had in Norway! Very demanding at times and not for the faint of heart in a few places but worth it! We caught a perfectly cloudless sunny sky day and that was awesome . We went up to Blanebba as well....More
