Fantastic beach with lovely views, beautiful sand and a great variety of shells. Some good restaurants over looking the bay as well. Well worth a day out even in winter.

We visited Carantec town and ended up on the beach when the sun came out. Very clean and peaceful. Kids loved playing on the sand and in the water.

Beautiful walks along the coast to all the beaches on the peninsula. The free shuttle bus can also be used to get to any area.

This is a beach with a car park and several restaurants. But beware, it is very windy and the water is cold.

Brittany isn't called the granite coast for nothing! The top of the beach is lovely, but if you intend to venture to the waters edge you will need surf shoes or risk slashed toes!!!! Despite the coarse (glass) sand this beach is rife with shells,...More

Lovely beach for kids, not too busy when we were there midday till about 4. Got busier later. Lots of rock pools. And safe sea to splash around in.

The beach was pleasant enough with a diving platform and toilet facilities but as our visit was a couple of days outside holiday season the beach cafes were all closed.
