A family resort with a sports center with pool, hot tubs and racket ball courts on the property. Excellent cross country ski and snow shoe trails right out your door. Village with food and shops at the mountain's base.

Not a lot of visitors here right now. Lots of locals enjoying the last few days of the season. Was told 80% of the visitors are from Maine! Didn't feel like an outsider though. Sugarloaf is a well kept secret. Great spring skiing!

Decided to try Sugarloaf from NY during the Christmas break. We were not disappointed. A big mountain, with a huge array of runs...an no crowds!! The snow maintenance is excellent and services make it easy. Incredibly friendly, worth the 8 hour drive.

I've been to a lot of mountains in New England and this is by far, the best. First of the all the mountain is huge so there are no lift lines and it's hard to hit all trails in one day which you usually can...More

We stayed in a ski in ski out condo. Rented twice during winter 2016. Brought three teenagers with us. The skiing was great. There was a lot to do after skiing was done. The condo we rented was right across from the pool. Great atmosphere.

Hi all. Heading to Sugarloaf for a first family trip ever in a couple of weeks. I have a conservative boarder in my gang. Can you suggest some lift/run combos to get us introduced to the mountain? Looking at the map it seems like some nice first run on the mountain options are maybe: wiffletree lift up to wiffletree or buckboard double runner lift up to tote road bucksaw lift up to windrow What are your favorites? Thanks Grant

I was just at sugarloaf this past weekend and have been before in the past. This is a huge mountain with a ton of good trails for beginner or safer riders. I would stick to bottom left side of the mountian the most but if... More
