Lots of seating and workstations for charging electronics, food on board for purchase, TVs, and can even walk outside on deck for sun and wind. Usually sticks to the schedule to the minute. Excellent staff.

Boarding was very fast. Staff are great. Some nice views on a sunny day. There is a cafeteria onboard with some good food. A little expensive but that's normal on everything that moves people around.

Haven't been on the ferry for awhile and it was a really nice crossing. Lunch was really good and the staff were all friendly. The cafeteria needed the trays from the tray station cleared more often as the dirty trays were piled up and there was no place to leave them other than at the tables (it was really full)... More

Smooth ride over to the island, well organized loading and unloading. Food service left a bit to be desired, expected more from White Spot. No salad dressing for the Mediterranean Salad, salmon Cesare salad; salmon was dried out and salad was old and tasteless.

Their website is not very intuitive. But my wife was able find that they have a shuttle bus that will pick you up at one of their stops, drive you onto the ferry, and drive you to one of their stops. Luckily the pick-up stop was around the corner from our hotel, in front of the Days Inn. Onboard, we... More

Hi rodnak, Thank you for your review. It sounds like you booked passage through the BC Ferry Connector Service operated by The Wilson's Group - a fantastic way to connect you from Vancouver to Victoria. We are happy to hear that you enjoyed both the salmon burgers and poutine. Whenever I travel, I indulge in the poutine too, it's one... More

I crossed today from Swartz Bay to Tsawwassen on the 1100 sailing. I had two bags that I checked in as I was on my way home to New Zealand. One bag weighed 23.4 KGs. I had weighed it with my portable scale that I always travel with and it said 22.7 when I weighed it. I was forced to... More

Traveled from Tsawwassen to Duke Point. Terminal was not too busy for a Friday 1245 sailing. The terminal has plenty of washrooms and options for food and beverage as well as some shopping options.

BC Ferries gets stick from a lot of BC residents but it is an extremely well run ferry service with high safety standards. I'm a Master Mariner and have experienced ferry services all over the world - and no I've never worked for BC Ferries

Every once in a while I take a chance on the BC ferries buffet and every time I am disappointed. Always feels like the same food and quality/flavor is just severely lacking. The vegetables are always so bland, I can't imagine what they do to them to achieve that. The beef is always over cooked. Selection is mediocre at best.... More

We drive onto and off a BC ferry on this route 4 - 6 times a month. Overall a very efficient and comfortable service with only a rare glitch, often caused by unavoidable things such as weather or people whose cars won't start, perhaps because of draining their batteries with gadgets?. The crew are uniformly friendly and helpful - great... More
