Nice and quiet place in alwar. Its a towering structure on top of the hill. Now its not in well condition. You cant go inside the fort as you need to take permission prior.

I love visiting this place because of the 30 mins scenic drive from Alwar centre to the top. One can visit only a restricted area in the Bala Quila but the view from the top is quite amazing. Must visit place.

Bala Quila is a fort situated on the top of Aravali mountain range in Alwar City. Road goes straight to the Fort's entrance. From here you can have the serene view of Alwar city. There's a temple in the premises along with a lot of Mughal & Rajput era Canons. Nobody can't go inside the fort building as its a... More

Bala Quila is based on Top Hills of Alwar. I went here many times and from here you can see whole alwar city with nice view. It has also near a Karni Mata Temple. In Alwar this is good place for outing. You can go here by bike, car or by walk.

Very good Place and near from Gurgaon. Good for 1 Day outing. Architecture and Ambience are very good but not maintained properly. Need more attention on cleanliness.

We were here on the Holi weekend, and after having read some of the reviews, we were double-minded about visiting. However, having read that the place afforded some spectacular views of Alwar city, we decided to give it a go. The entry to the road leading to Bala Quila is through a gate manned by the Forest department, as the... More

I had randomly paid a visit to this fort and it turned out to be very disappointing. Car charges are Rs 50 and Rs 10 per person. There's absolutely no maintenance. It is dirty and disgraceful.

I was impressed by the history of the fort but on visit i was disappointed to find that the fort is really small, and not so well maintained, only a part was open... More

Such a waste of our time to see this fort. It's quite a drive to get there ( the drive is beautiful though. Saw many peacocks in the reserve) but what a disappointment when you get there. The fort is not well maintained & most of the rooms are closed to public. Don't know what they charge an entrance fee... More
