Gets its significance from Baba's entry to shirdi

The Khandoba mandir has a lot of significance since this was the place where he got his name Baba. So a must visit when at Shirdi.

This is famous temple in Shirdi. Lord Sai Baba first came in Shirdi here. The Malsapati Pujari Sound Baba " Aao Sai". On that time baba give new name Sai Baba. This god chamatkar. Nice Temple. Khandoba is Avatar for Lord Shiva,in Maharashtra. In Maharashtra Khandoba is Kuldaiwat of Maharashtra. The main Mandir is Jejuri in Pune District.

This is the place where Mhalsapathi identified the satguru in the lad who came riding a horse carriage as part of a marriage party. "Ao Sai", this is how Mhalsapathi, addressed the lad.

The temple is rather old and still maintains the aura of the past. Some translations of the signages would have helped.
