I love this wine... as well as the people of RS

One of the best wineries in Brazil. Guided tour was just ok, but is a must go in Bento. Recommended. Buy a Miolo Lote 43 if possible, can't go wrong.

I must say it was a crowded and sunny day at the winery which didn't impact in our tour. Cristian (I think it was his name...sorry if was misspelled) guided our group explaining their oldest process used until today and I was delighted. By being a Pharmacist and knowing fermentation, aging and quality processes I cannot say more than I... More

I am very torn about this visit to Miolo Winery, because we really liked the people who coordinated and did our tour and tasting. (Rodi was great, with apologies for misspelling his name.) Everyone was friendly and helpful, and the grounds at Miolo are very impressive. But after doing a number of wine tastings in the region, Miolo had the... More

It's a beautiful and big family winery! Great place to visit and learn about wines. Such a lovely history and they have great wines.

I am just writing this review because I visited Rio Grande do Sul already a couple of times & found it extremely enjoyable. Not a region that is high on the list of tourist destinations, but in my opinion this is entirely unjustified: the natural environment is very particular and some spots are as spectacular as the Pantanal or some... I am originally from this region. I always knew the wines we produced here were bad. After living 10 years in the US, I came back here for a tour and to try out the wines. The tour was very chaotic, expensive and the wine taste at the end makes things even worse. I would come here for a few... More

The visit was correct, but the wine we tasted was really bad. Clearly, they receive a lot of groups of tourists to visit the winery, but one would not be inetersted in buying wine after having tried it!

They offered visits every 30 min. Staff nice and friendly, explanation was very nice and easy to understand.

Miolo winery is very beautiful. Beside being one of the biggest producers of the Wineries Valley, the whole property is a lovely place. We spent a sunset in the wine garden and it was very pleasing. We chose to stay in the grass with the towel and pillows for the picnic experience. They also have tables and offer wines, sandwiches... More

I visited this Winery in Feb 2013, as part of a Corporate travel with customers (not related with Wines). They gave us a great tour with detailed information about Vineyards, Cellars and all the process, finishing with a superb tasting session of their products. Highly recommended
