One of the more spectacular sights here - beautiful big stone arch on one side & a private beach around the corner from that. White soft silky sand. On low tide, you can walk out 1/4 km - sparkling crystal clear turquoise water.

An amazingly beautiful beach with colors that have to be seen to be believed. About a 5min walk from the car park along a narrow path and down the sand dunes. We were there in March and there were not many people at all, just...More

Really nice beach and scenery surrounding the area. Be aware that the walk back up the hill is pretty long with soft sand so if you have kids be prepare to carry them. Also watch out for shark warnings if your going to swim there.

What a wonderful beach where few people go to. We had the whole place to ourselves. For some reason locals don't really go to the beach on Miyakojima. Check it out.

Built sandcastles & enjoyed the warm ocean. Great walk from the parking lot to the beach. Saw the biggest spider ever.

This is a beautiful small beach reached after a little over a 5 minute walk, largely downhill. There's an interesting stone arch which not only provides a great view, it also gives shade should you want that. There is a bathroom, a drink vending machine,...More

Well, as intimate as having other tourists with you go. To get to the beach, you have to walk along a path which will make you feel like you're going on an adventure. The narrow path eventually opens to a large sandy area then you'll...More
