A small country church with the most beautiful hand painted walls and ceiling. A must see. The church bell from the 1200s is inside. It cracked and was replaced.

This is a lovely village church that is worth a visit. It is all wood, with wonderful and very old artwork on the walls along with an old bell dating to the 13th century. The interior is painted and radiates warm village life.

We visited Ulvik Church in the summer of 2012 when our Holland America Line cruise ship moored up there for a day. I'd say paid a 'port of call' visit, but that rather overstates the case as Ulvik's 'port' is actually a hotel's jetty -...More

Just a small village church with a lot of history and worth a visit when staying in Ulvik. I has some very old pictures [one a reproduction as the original has been moved to a museum in Bergen].
