The place n the view is so nice n cold .had a very fun day there.the only that trouble me n family is the seller that sell souvenirs can't stop following us ..so irritating.

cheap entrance, natural object, but lot of people on weekend. good place to visit. avoid go to this place during holliday, nevertheless u would stuck on heavy jamm along the way

Is my understanding of the transportation requirements correct?? That to visit the top, requires two transports: 1. One from hotel in Bandung to Tangkuban Perahu and 2. another from Base to the top Is any of these transportation mode available as Public / Shared transportation??? Thanks

We hired a private driver and he drove us all the way to the top. Otherwise at the base, there are mini-vans that you can take. They will wait to gather 15 pax and then depart. I forgot how much they charge per person though.

For local the entrance/ person is IDR 20k (weekday) and 30k (weekend). For foreigner 200k and 300k. Plus it is also an entrance charge for the car or bus. Current currency rate is USD 1 = IDR 13k. I hope this is useful.
