Went with a few friends from a Whisky club we belong to, Karen was our guide and she was funny, knowledgeable and pleasantly eccentric. She gave us a great tour and we had some great banter during the tasting. Glendronach is a little off the speyside whisky hotspots but definitely worth a visit.

Chose to go on the Premier tour (£20) which gave three tastes of whisky at the end, (21 year old and two cask strength tastings). Tour was informative. Hospitality good. Drams were good and there was time to sit and enjoy them. We had phoned to book a tour and the distillery phoned us back within 2 hours.

Visited Glendronach a few weeks back and absolutely loved it. It's been on my list of distilleries to visit for a while and I was not disappointed. Really personal tour from Karen, lovely traditional distillery and first class whisky. 5 stars in every way.

Im biased as this is a bucket list visit for me. What a away to start the speyside odyssey. Set in a valley the old buildings restored and a new lease of life into one of the most under rates distilleries The people are fantastic, enthusiastic and knowledgeable One of the few places you can bottle your own from the... Our first distillery tour in Scotland. What a place to start. The tour was about 1 hr, 15 minutes then followed by a tasting. For 20GBP, I received the tour, and three generous pours of the 18yo, the 21 yo and the Cask strength. Frankly the huge pour of the 21 yo alone would cost me more than 20 GBP... More

Travelling through Scotland and when looking for a traditional distillery to visit, have had 3 independent people recommend this distillery. Had a small tour with just 4 people (lucky) and were treated to a very informative and personalised tour. On completion the basic £5 entry gave you a dram of 12 yo and my £15 gave me the 8 yo,... We should have booked but the guide, Jeannine accommodated us on the tour of the distillery without any hassle. The setting of this small distillery is very beautiful with a stream running through the site and wonderful old buildings. Everything is so clean and professionally run. At the end of the tour there is a tasting session according to ones... More

We came here having picked up a leaflet in the pub where we're staying (Garden Arms, Gardenstown - see separate review) & arrived a couple of minutes before 11. There was a tour due to depart at 11, &, although we hadn't realised we needed to book, we were squeezed in. Our very personable & knowledgeable guide, Jeannine, even waited... More
