Free 30 minute ferry ride across the beautiful Kootenay Lake. Coffee / snack shop on board. Indoor seating with tables and outdoor seating at benches washrooms on board were clean.

It was nice to just take in the beautiful view. The ride is very enjoyable & relaxing. I love the area for that.

We were on our motorcycles and touring the Selkirk loop and choose to ride the ferry both directions. (Its free) We met a lot of interesting people and locals with advise on where to travel.

We made it to the terminal with about 40 minutes to spare and was not sure where we were supposed to be... Like the rest of those that arrived we followed what the vehicle in front did and hoped it was okay, with a truck...More

Really enjoyed the ferry ride across Kootenay Lake. Great opportunity to relax, take in the view and enjoy the breeze.

Have rode this ferry many times in my life, but this summer it seems they have no longer felt like cleaning the outside, and every window is covered in spiders and filth.

That shouldn't be a problem. There was an 18 wheeler logging truck on with us.
