Athirapally falls never dries out and can be visited anytime during the year. Though the waterfall appears in its full glory during monsoons, heavy rains can cause great inconvenience. So, the best time to visit is from September to January

An ideal place for a nature's retreat. The view from below the falls is breathtaking. The 360 degree view is awesome with the river course, forests and hills.

There are small local pools and natural falls on the top of the main fall. But be careful when you enter in water there as the surface is quite slippery. Have loads of fun!
