It was a few pound to get in but was happy to pay as it helps with the upkeep, took my granddaughter who loved it! Bought some mealworms which the animals loved, I loved the emus, great range of animals and exotic birds, there's a little gift shop and on the way out there's a sink with gel to wash... More

This is such a little gem. Loads of different beautiful owls and other birds. It's also so cheap, it takes about 15/20 minutes to have a look around and the staff are really nice. We always bring our daughter here, she loves it.

This is a gem. Staff are friendly, & take wonderful care of all of their birds & animals who seem very happy to be there. Well worth a visit whatever age you are. Flying displays are great but not on everyday of the year so check first. Still well worth the entrance fee which is not expensive even without the... More

Came across by chance whilst visiting the Museum. Excellent variety of birds + meerkats & mongoose + some 'other' creatures. The owner and staff are just so enthusiastic about what they do, as well as being incredibly knowledgeable. Just a great place to visit - I've never seen pigeons with curly perms anywhere else and to experience seeing a trained... More

Visited in the October half term break with my 15 year old daughter and her friend thinking we would spend a few hours there. We went in the morning and seen all the lovely birds. We decided we stay on to see the bird show at 2.30 so we took a short break visiting the museum and a light lunch... More

Well we must be a fussy family or other visitors haven't seen many feathered creatures. As luck would have it we didn't have to pay ( and yes we did ring the bell). The access for wheelchairs is sufficient, albeit if it was busy some ankles would be cracked. The state of the birds and their cages was nothing to... More

Visited today with clients and was surprised at how good the place is. Plenty of exhibits including loads of Owls and other feathered friends and some without feathers! Would definitely recommend a visit as plenty to see and cheap admission.

We chanced on this by visiting the museum and wern't dissapointed. There is interaction with various animals including snakes and spiders (not for me lol) The animal petting is run 3 times daily and very informative by well trained staff. Birds and owls to view on a pleasant walk round, the only dissapointing thing was the lack of information on... More
